Previously, on Tentacle Boy...

And now, the next exciting installment of Tentacle Boy:

Crikey. Has it really been TEN MONTHS since the last Tentacle Boy comic? Time sure flies when you're drawing porn.

As much as it pains me, I am serious about the donations issue. NSFW was always meant to be free, but the income that the adverts are generating is crap, and it looks like we may have to change servers again.

But think about it this way: We've put well over 100 comics on NSFW, more than half of which are more than a page in length. That's more than enough to fill a 100-page comic book. How much would you have to pay for a 100-page, full-colour comic book at your local comic book store? $20? $30? $49.99? A lot more than what I'm asking, that's for sure. Maybe someday I will publish a bunch of NSFW comics in a book, and then I'll charge outrageous prices for it. But the internet is damn cheap! So think of it as a few minutes of cheap weekly entertainment. Now how much would you donate, if you made one donation every year? Only a few dollars. The price of a hamburger.

Suppose you don't buy a Whopper Junior with Cheese this week, and instead donate the price of a Wopper Jr (with cheese) to cybersp0nge@yahoo.com. The next time you rock on up to Burger King you're not going to find that the absence of your custom has reduced the BK restaurant to an empty lot with a few bricks laying around. However, if you don't donate some money to NSFW Comix, that's pretty much what the website could be. A vacant lot. All gone. So next time you see a Burger King, permit your mind to follow this train of thought:

NSFW will next be updated IF WE'RE ONLINE NEXT WEEK. Or next month, or next year, or it could even be never. You never know unless you donate a few dollars! And the more you donate, the less likely it is to suddenly end. But it'll probably be updated weekly for a while yet.
