If you've seen this animation on other websites, it's because originally the animator was "employed" to make this animation, and two others, for another "Adult Entertainment" website in 2003, but then the "employer" refused to pay the animator and broke off all contact with him.
After two years of being a starving animator, he has decided to release all three animations on the NSFW site, having long since given up hope of ever getting paid for them. Isn't that nice of him?
